We were struggling to break the income ceiling and struggling to find people. When we began working with Jimmy and Victory, they showed us how to improve our ads to better convey who we were and what we were looking for. The first quarter of this year vs. last year's first quarter was a 325% increase in net profit – our net profit went from around 7% to over 20%. It's not that we were living "hand to mouth" before, but we had a significant amount of debt that we had to conquer we weren't making the kind of headway that we needed to make. We increased our rates to our customers, and that greatly improved margins. Working with Victory, we lost some of the fear we had around raising prices. But we did this in the right way, so we didn't lose any customers as a result. We have a great deal of respect for Jimmy and Steve. We've got a great deal of confidence in knowing that the recommendations that they give us without fail have produced fruit. I have a very high level of confidence that when I bring a problem to Jimmy and Steve or, when they see a problem, they will show me solutions. There are so many little things there that most people never think about as a business owner for 38 years. All the solutions are here with Victory. You build a business to have freedom and money. The idea is to train employees so they can run the business without you having to be there. So we're excited about it!
Our goal is, and by applying what victory has helped me understand, and my employees, we should be able to double our business. We now realize that each one of us wearing too many hats, uh, we need to separate those and hire more employees so we can get, do a better job, our customers and increase ourselves. Well, one of the things that's happened is we get sucked back into these jobs when somebody's out, somebody's on vacation. So it'll keep me from having to do my job plus somebody else's job. So if we hire an employee and separate the hats, it keeps me from having me draw back down into a job I used to do 'em long time ago, same thing, the staff, rather than having three or four hats and be responsible, all this stuff, they can do a better job at what one hat make more money, have more freedom. And then we will have somebody else trained to do that hat if they happen to be off or happen to be out. So it's just so much there.
