Dan leads our Victory Teambuilding seminars and supports the development of our coaching programs. Dan has over 30 years of experience in consulting with small businesses nationwide, as well as large corporations. Dan has an encyclopedic knowledge of the management system that we use. Our system includes literally thousands of policies and references – but the key to effective implementation and results is knowiung exactly which policy to apply to solve a given problem. Dan has an amazing ability to pinpoint the exact solution to the problems that a given business is dealing with right at that moment.
